Web Studio software is not free, but you can try it free for 30 days.  I would suggest that you try the online Website Tonight web design tool first, then Web Studio.  You can do everything with Web Studio that you see on the Internet, including fancy animations.  Unlike other software, Web Studio is really user (dummy) friendly, and not expensive.  Video tutorials give you all the web design tips you need.
