Here's an import web design tip. Statistic show that a female avatar will increase your sales (sorry guys). Of course, there may be some products or services that would be more appropriate for a male avatar.
The point is, no matter how great a job you have done building your own website, not everyone is going to read everything on your website. So, let your spokesperson/avatar present important information for you. Or, let your avatar encourage your visitors to sign up for your newsletter or special sales notifications.
Avatars start at $10/month. And they always say exactly what you tell them to say. Good help isn't so hard to find, after all.
